3. Services

RealVynt offers property matching services, premium listings, information products, and branded goods related to the real estate sector. Detailed descriptions and terms for each offering are provided at the time of order.

4. User Accounts

Users may register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Unauthorized sharing of account details is prohibited.

5. Fees and Payments

All fees for services, digital products, and goods must be paid at the time of order. RealVynt accepts major payment options as indicated on the site. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of the requested offering.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Property Matching Services

Clients may request a refund within 10 calendar days of service activation. Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 15 business days. Alternatively, clients may choose to transfer remaining service credit to another package or a substitute offering of equal or lesser fee.

6.2 Information Products

Digital materials such as guides, reports, and templates may be eligible for a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the content has not been downloaded or accessed. Once access occurs, no refund will be granted due to immediate delivery of digital content.

6.3 Goods

Physical items, including printed materials and branded merchandise, may be sent back for inspection within 14 calendar days of receipt. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Shipping fees are nonrecoverable, and customers are responsible for outbound shipping charges unless the item is defective.

6.4 No-Refund Services

Certain promotional or deeply discounted packages are marked as final sale and not eligible for a refund. Such designation is clearly stated at the time of purchase due to the significantly reduced fee that does not permit reversal of the order.

7. Changes to Services and Terms

RealVynt may modify or discontinue offerings, fees, or these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or site notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealVynt will not be liable for any indirect losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for direct losses is limited to the total fees paid by the user in the six months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
